How to Add More Clients to Your Cockpit 🤔

The steps depend on whether your client’s account already exists:

1️⃣ If the Client’s Account Already Exists:

  • Ask your client to invite your Supervisor user to their team with an admin role.

2️⃣ If the Client’s Account Does Not Exist:

  • Log in as your Supervisor user.
  • Create a new team from the Cockpit.

Archiving Clients in Your Cockpit 🤓

Yes, you can archive client teams! This feature keeps your cockpit tidy while maintaining access to important data.

Benefits of Archiving:

  • Cleaner Cockpit View: Only active clients appear in the main view.
  • Data Preservation: Archived teams retain all data, including invoicing details, which is essential for accounting.

💡 Note: When you archive a team, it’s normal for it to disappear from your active teams list.

Deleting Teams from Your Cockpit 🤔

You can delete teams, but keep in mind that deleting a team means losing access to it entirely. Follow these three steps before deletion:

1️⃣ Cancel the Plan: Ensure the plan is canceled in Plan&Billing.

 

2️⃣ Download Invoices: Save the team’s invoices for future accounting needs.

 3️⃣ Reach out to our support team: only support can delete the team.
