Set up your lemwarm account and start seeing improvements in your deliverability score.
We decided to create a new space for lemwarm and make it more awesome than ever!
Some things have changed and some not (change is good right? 😅)
lemwarm is still here to maximize your deliverability by using its wonderful community of users.
It will send emails to other users by using your account with some uniquely generated content (message and subject) via our smart content algorithm.
This way lemwarm creates conversations by sending and replying to those messages within the lemwarm community.
On top of that, all generated emails will be marked as Important and will be saved from spam and category folders to be systematically redirected to the primary box!
This will send a “message” to your email provider that you are good sender and that people LOVE getting emails from you - which will result in building your email and therefore your domain reputation.
This process aims to imitate human behavior to give the impression to email providers that you are manually sending your emails.
We suggest always having lemwarm on to make sure that you have as less as possible things to worry about when it comes to deliverability.
The optimal time to warm up an email address is one month.
During the initial warm-up phase, try not to send outreach campaigns at all.
In case you want to send emails during the warm-up process, we strongly suggest you to keep your volumes lower (25-50 emails a day during week 1, 50-100 emails during week 2, etc.) and increase gradually week after week. Afterward, you can go all in.
Make sure to keep your lemwarm always active since if your leads from your campaigns mark your email as spam, or there is an issue with the deliverability, that will be also reflected on lemwarm's results and you will be able to make conclusions like should you change your content/subject line or decrease the amount of sent emails per day, or maybe change your list of leads. 🔥
Let me introduce you to our new interface 👇
By following steps in the boxed, you will be able to successfully setup your lewarm.
You can choose now between our two lemwarm plans:
You want to connect email address that you want to warm up.
You can simply connect your email provider by following this article.
By clicking on the “Verify your email” button, you’ll receive a verification email (in the inbox of the email you used to log in on lemwarm).
To verify your account email, simply click the link in your email. And voilà! You’re ready to start warming up your account.
By clicking on “Start lemwarm”, you are allowing lemwarm to send amazing emails on your behalf, and also to reply to them.
Based on your deliverability score, system will automatically set up the number of emails that you should send (and how gradually you should increase per day), but if you want to set it by yourself, you can do that under “Team settings”:
Here, you can choose your own numbers:
➡️ The number of emails lemwarm will send per day after ramp-up: meaning the limit of total emails that can be reached per day with lemwarm. Once this limit is reached, the increment stops.
If your email account is less than 6 months this maximum number should be 30.
If your email account is more than 6 months this maximum number should be 40.
➡️ The ramp-up increment value per day. You want to gradually send warm-up emails over the days to progressively reach the maximum number you set.
If your email account is less than 6 months this value should be 1.
If your email account is more than 6 months this value should be 2.
As an example, if your ramp-up increment value is 2, here is what is going to happen:
DAY 1 - lemwarm will send 2 emails
DAY 2 - lemwarm will send 4 emails
DAY 3 - lemwarm will send 6 emails
... and so on, until you reach 40 emails per day.
That means, on average your email account should be warmed-up after 3 to 5 weeks.
Once it's all set, don't forget to click Start in the upper right corner and lemwarm will start running!
As you'll be receiving lemwarm emails from other lemlisters who also use this feature, you don't want your lemwarm emails to mix up with the rest of your emails.
This is easy:
➡️ Go to your email account
➡️ Create a filter dedicated to emails with "lemwarm" as a subject
➡️ And click the 3 boxes as below:
For Outlook accounts, check out this video.
At any moment take a look at your deliverability score directly from your dashboard, along with some useful lemwarm tips:
You can also see a detailed report of the total lemwarm emails sent:
So this number given under “Team Settings” to send marks strictly cold emails. There is another interaction besides that and you will always see a higher number, as our server constantly works on warming up your domain on both sides.
Next to the cold email (graph 1) we are also sending replies that are warm emails (graph 2).
So lemwarm never sent more than you setup per day (cold ones) - as you can see in the graph 1 🙌
So, the first graph ( cold emails) is the one that you should look at it - since lemwarm is about them.
On the other one, you can see how many warm emails are sent (we have a community, where we are sending warm emails to people that are in lemlist family) so, there is a difference between cold emails and "replies" 😊
All of this above - you will get on lemwarm Essential plan, but if you want to bring you warming game to another level - Smart plan is for you.
Smart cluster allows you to boost your deliverability based on the who you are targeting and what are you trying to achieve when sending emails.
You are able to choose ( based on results of your questionnaire) to who are you going to reach out to.
Instead of sending “normal” emails to other lemwarmers, with the smart contect, based on your cluster, system will generate amazing emails that will be sent to another lemwarmers, more sales-y like, more profesional ones - of course, they will be generated based on your answers from smart cluster’s questionary.
